2. User-Generated Content
All listings, descriptions, images, and contact information are provided by individual users. Ulster Autos does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any listing content. Users are solely responsible for the information they post.
3. Transaction Responsibility
Ulster Autos is not involved in any financial transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not handle payments, escrow services, or financial exchanges of any kind. All negotiations, payments, and transfers of ownership are conducted directly between users at their own risk.
4. Item Condition & Inspection
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles, parts, and tools in person before completing any purchase. Ulster Autos is not responsible for any defects, mechanical issues, or discrepancies between listing descriptions and actual item condition.
5. Listing Management
While we provide tools for users to create, edit, and manage their listings, Ulster Autos is not responsible for the removal, modification, or availability of any listing. Sellers are responsible for keeping their listings accurate and up-to-date, including marking items as sold when appropriate.
6. Disputes & Resolution
Any disputes arising from transactions, including but not limited to payment issues, item condition, delivery, or misrepresentation, must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. Ulster Autos will not mediate, arbitrate, or intervene in user disputes.
7. Fraud & Scams
Users are advised to exercise caution and common sense when engaging in transactions. Ulster Autos is not liable for any fraudulent activity, scams, or misrepresentation by users. Report suspicious listings or behavior to local authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ulster Autos, its operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial loss, property damage, or personal injury.
9. Use at Your Own Risk
By using Ulster Autos, you acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely at your own risk. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
